Cloud-Asia-Awards-Logo-ColourHRThe 2nd Annual Cloud Asia Awards is a celebration of the drive, innovation and hard work in the APAC cloud computing industry, with three categories recognising services from across the ecosystem. The Awards will bring together the industry leaders and experts who have driven developments in Cloud over the past year.

The Awards Ceremony will be hosted by May-Ann Lim, Executive Director of the Asia Cloud Computing Association, and Michael Mudd, Secretary General of Asia, Pacific and Middle East, the Open Computing Alliance.

The drinks reception will open with a lively lions dance performance, before leading into the ceremony, which will take place at the Cloud Asia Forum in The Mira Hong Kong on the 24th of November 2015.

The Awards will be judged by world class experts in Cloud Computing, who will independently select the shortlist and also select the winners. This year’s panel:

  • May-Ann Lim, Executive Director of the Asia Cloud Computing Association
  • Michael Mudd, Secretary General of Asia, Pacific and Middle East, the Open Computing Alliance.
  • Aman Neil Dokania, Vice-Chair, Asia Cloud Computing Association

  1. Best Cloud Computing Solution

    At a time when Cloud is the way forward for a business and data means money, having a service that can store and synch your data, run apps and do that in a cost efficient and secure manner, is essential.

    The Judges are looking to award the Cloud Computing Solution whose offerings are able to significantly minimise the cost and complexity of IT. The solution should be able to showcase how it can enable further agility, scalability, collaboration and a facilitated development environment in the most cost efficient, high quality and secure manner.

  2. Best Cloud Security Solution

    In the era of cyber security threats, organisations are hesitant to invest in Cloud Computing solutions. Unauthorised access, data governance guidelines and losing control over your data inhibit Cloud investment.

    The Judges are looking to award the security solution that can showcase its ability to close this security gap, encrypt and protect data no matter where they are stored and bring peace of mind in Cloud Computing.

  3. Best Enterprise Mobility Solution

    The need for mobility is now, more than ever, undeniable. The mobile employee and customer demand the most facilitated access to a company’s services and products from all possible devices. Organisations acknowledge that the need to improve the UX and offer end-to-end apps will improve customer loyalty and employee satisfaction.

    The judges are looking to award the Enterprise Mobility Solution that offers high security protection and can showcase increased collaboration and productivity.
