May-Ann is concurrently the Managing Director of the boutique tech and telco research firm, TRPC Pte Ltd, and also the Executive Director of the Asia Cloud Computing Association.

She has over a decade of experience in public policy, tech policy development, and government relations communications across the Asia Pacific, and has worked with many regional and global organisations on thought leadership development, government outreach and stakeholder engagement efforts.

Her career has spanned a regional and global institutions, including the World Bank, the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA), and the Singapore Internet Project. Through the ACCA, she has worked in multiple markets lobbying for the acceleration of ICT and cloud industries, and other Internet adoption policies. She is also active in the Internet Society (ISOC). Based in Singapore, May-Ann also lectures on Internet and ICT Policy in the National University of Singapore (NUS). Michael (Mike) Mudd is the APAC representative of the UK based Open Computing Alliance and the APAC Ambassador for the Cloud Credential Council. He is the Managing Partner of Asia Policy Partners LLC (APP,) an IT strategy and policy advisory firm that he founded.

Prior to this he has held leading commercial positions with Riverbed Technology and Standard Chartered Bank PLC, where he was a Senior Manager in the trade banks online department, joining the bank from of Noble Group where he was the head of the ecommerce division.

He is an appointed technical expert to JTC-1 of the ISO and is a member of the Government of Hong Kong’s Expert Group on Cloud Computing, specifically the Working Group on Cloud Security and Privacy. He is a member of the Cloud SIG and Policy committee in the Hong Kong Computer Society, as well as other chambers and associations including the Asia Cloud Computing Association.
He has been the Chairman of the IT, IPR and Telecom Committee for Amcham Hanoi since 2007.

Adrian Ho is responsible for Ovum’s Asia-Pacific Enterprise practice and is based in Melbourne, Australia. Adrian’s primary focus is on technologies and solutions delivered to multinationals, enterprises, government agencies, and SMEs across the region. This includes WAN services, enterprise mobility solutions, cloud and datacentre services, collaboration and social enterprise, security, and other emerging technologies shaping the ICT industry. Adrian also leads the research agenda and customized advisory services for service providers, vendors, and enterprise technology buyers in the region. He works closely with these various communities to help them understand how these changing technologies can shape their business strategy and transform their ICT infrastructure to be more competitive in the dynamic Asia-Pacific region.

Adrian has over 13 years of experience in the ICT industry and has worked extensively with global and regional service providers, ICT vendors, and technology buyers. Before joining Ovum, Adrian was the principal analyst for telecom and mobility at IDC for 11 years, where he focused on delivering innovative go-to-market strategies and customized research for a wide portfolio of customers across the region. Adrian is a frequent and well-respected speaker at industry events and has been consistently quoted by the media and press on industry trends.
Adrian is a graduate of University College London (BSc Economics) and Boston University (Masters, Economics). He is also a very keen endurance sportsman and has successfully completed nine Ironman competitions globally.
